Shipping Policy

At PawDoe we work with international suppliers so we can offer you the best prices on products for your pet.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery time is 8 to 16 business days from order confirmation. This timeframe may vary slightly depending on location and time of year (for example, during campaigns like Black Friday or Christmas).

Tracking

All our shipments include a tracking number, which you'll receive by email as soon as your order is processed.

Shipping costs

Shipping is included in the price of all our products. We do not charge any additional shipping fees.

Shipping origin

Some of our products are shipped from outside the European Union. In exceptional cases, additional customs or VAT charges may apply according to the regulations in force in your country, although this is not common for most orders.

We currently ship to Spain, Portugal and France.
